Your registration for the master Facility and Real Estate Management is complete. Once we have established that you meet all the entry requirements, we will organize an online intake interview with Programme Director Joop van Duren. During this conversation, in English, you can present yourself and substantiate your motivation for the master. Together we will see if our full-time or part-time  master Facility Management is a good match for you.

Registration complete

If our Programme Director approves your application, you are admitted to the master. You can now reserve your place. You can do this by paying the tuition fees in time (possible from 1 June). Furthermore, if applicable, you have to submit your visa application to the Zuyd University Immigration Office (before 1 July).

Non-EU students

For (Non-EU) international students different rules can apply regarding practical matters, such as the payment, visa and insurance. Get prepared by reading further below.

Visa requirements

Depending on your nationality, you might be required to apply for a student residence permit visa in the Netherlands. Find out whether this applies to your nationality. If you need a visa, make sure you check the requirements and prepare yourself for the visa application process. Team Immigration from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences will assist you with your application. After your application you will receive an email with instructions.

Healthcare insurance

For Non-EU students, a valid healthcare insurance is one of the conditions you will have to meet to receive your residence permit.

Study in full-time

As a Non-EU student requiring a visa, you can only choose the full-time version of the Master FREM. This is another requirement to be able to apply for a study visa.

Payment

If you don’t have a bank account in a SEPA country*, you cannot pay by digital authorization or in terms. You have to transfer the total tuition fee of the master Facility and Real Estate Management all at once. Please make sure that the entire amount is in the account of Zuyd University before 1 September. Pay on time, as international payments often take longer. Use the following account number when paying: IBAN: NL 62 RABO 0311 0781 33 / BIC: RABONL2U.
