To celebrate the 75th anniversary of Hotel Management School Maastricht, the Teaching Hotel offers three special packages for alumni and friends and family.
In our restaurant L'Étoile, we serve a unique menu inspired by iconic dishes from the HMSM's rich history. Our students and chefs present classics with a contemporary twist: a tasteful ode to 75 years of culinary tradition and innovation. Enjoy a special lunch or dinner and experience the story of the Hotel School... on your plate. Combine it with an overnight stay to enjoy the full experience of being back at your roots.
