Tickets

Tickets are not available anymore. If you bought a ticket, you will not receive a physical ticket, you're attendance is registered by us with your name and Funda year. 

Can’t attend after all? Please let us know by canceling your ticket. Please note that tickets are personal, issued in your name, non-transferable, and cannot be resold or shared.

Activities

During the day you can join a guided campus tour, meet your old year group and take a new Funda photo together. Want to see your old photo in advance? Visit the online alumni platform for an overview of all the years. If your photo is not listed but you still have it, please email it to us.

  Toast with anniversary mocktail/cocktail
• 14.00 - 15.30 Meet your year group and remake of your Funda picture (schedule provided at the registration)
• 14:00 - 17.00 Every 15 minutes starts a guided tour and the HMSM Quiz
• 18.00 The end
• 18.00 – 01.00 Bar Amphitryon open. Everybody with a wristband is welcome. From 18:30 food truck present. Former school band Down Town Dixies kick-off the night at 21:00. Paying by card only! 

Dinner in the Teaching Hotel!

No dinner plans yet? Extend the fun with a delightful alumni dinner at the Teaching Hotel! Enjoy a delicious three-course menu with paired drinks to round off the afternoon in style.

Reserve your spot before 28 November via salesteachinghotel@zuyd.nl.

Package €65 p.p.:  

• Aperitif, three-course alumni menu, three paired drinks and table water
• Dinner starts at 18:00
• Limited seats available 

Conditions:

• Advance reservations are required via salesteachinghotel@zuyd.nl or by phone (office hours) at +31 43 352 8249.
• Payment is due upon confirmation of your reservation.
• Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking.
• We operate based on availability, so booking is subject to availability.

Parking, transportation and accomodation

Parking on the campus is not available, and the parking at the Teaching Hotel is exclusively for hotel guests. Therefore, we kindly ask you to travel by public transport or use P+R Maastricht Noord. From the parking lot, as well as from Maastricht Central Station, a free shuttle service will bring you to campus. 

Have you not yet registered for a shuttle bus? Send an email with the subject SHUTTLE, your name and the desired shuttle location (P+R Maastricht Noord or Maastricht Centraal Station) to hmsm75@zuyd.nl

When leaving, you can again use the shuttle service to P+R Noord or Maastricht Central Station.

• By car – Park at P+R Maastricht Noord and take the shuttle bus to campus. Address P+R: Limmelderweg 4, 6222 PB Maastricht
• Hotel guests – Staying at the Teaching Hotel Château Bethlehem? Then you can use the hotel parking.
• Public transport – A shuttle bus directly from Maastricht Central Station to campus.

Please be aware that the Teaching Hotel is already fully booked.

In 2020, we have created the Foundation HMSM. Because every student’s journey is unique, and anyone with the right ambition should have the chance to access our education. This is what the Foundation HMSM stands for. Through different funds we give financial support to current and new students at every stage of their academic journey to help them succeed and grow.
