Team members

The team of research centre Future of Food consists of 5 members led by professor Danny Han. The research centre Future of Food works closely with internal, national and international partners to achieve its mission. Next to working with the research centres associated with the Hotel Management School (Global Minds @ Work; Data-driven Hospitality), the topic focus of the research centre lends itself for close cooperation with the research centre Nutrition, Lifestyle and Exercise (Prof. Susy Braun). After the launch of the research centre, quick links were also established with the research centres Datavisualization (Prof. Kay Schröder) and Professional Communication in a Digitalizing Society (Prof. Mark Pluymaekers) as well as Zuyd’s Biometrics Lab in collaboration with EIZT to create research projects to investigate food experiences mediated by emerging technologies through physiological measurements.
