Knowledge is power

You’ll study challenging theories and learn about the newest developments in the industry. Not only by lectures of our specialized professors, but also through the rich knowledge and experiences of guest lecturers.

Thanks to the combination of theoretical knowledge and its applicability you’ll learn to translate theory into practice based upon solid reasoning and evidence-based sources. Assignments will focus on creating impact by applicability of acknowledged theories, concepts and mechanisms. The test formats (papers, oral exam, presentations) appeal to your ability to apply knowledge and make an impact.

Classes in Maastricht

The programme is fully taught in English and starts in September. In the full-time variant you have classes two days a week, in the part-time variant one day. The rest of the week you manage your own activities: preparing lessons, processing notes and looking for more depth on items from recent lessons and working on your assignments.

International, personal and interactive

The master Facility & Real Estate Management is an international, small-scale and personal programme. You won’t have more than 25 fellow students of which half is international. You’ll be part of interactive classes but will be coached and assessed on an individual basis. What’s more, you’ll determine the focus and direction of your master yourself. You do this by selecting topics and themes for your papers and thesis. It doesn’t get any more tailor made than this.

Choose the part-time variant

Are you a professional in the field and do you have the ambition to further specialize with a master's degree in addition to your current position? You can choose to do the master's part-time. Then the master lasts 2 years instead of 1 year.

A part-time master's degree is a major investment in time and money. But it is also an investment on a personal and professional level. It is therefore important to see how it contributes to your ambitions and career. We are happy to advise you!
