The Internship and Career Event at HMSM
The Internship & Career Events in September and February are the perfect events to network and land your dream internship!
In September and February we organize the Internship and Career Event. Over 40 industry partners join this event to present themselves and their internship and career opportunities to our students. For students it’s the perfect event to get inspired by the wide range of possibilities, network with future employers and land their dream internship.
Inspiring network event for all students
While the event is mandatory for students going on an internship in the semester that follows, it is highly recommended and open for students of all study years, as it is never too early to explore your career opportunities. Be curious, ask questions, network!
During the day we host industry partners that fit our three different tracks: Hotel Industry, Horizons in Hospitality, and Food Service. No matter where your interests lie, there are always plenty of companies present from different branches of the hospitality industry. You will have the option to meet up with representatives of the participating companies, chat about their career opportunities and get to know more about them. Students who will go on their internship in the next semester are able to list their favorite companies afterwards, and this list will be taken into account by the internship office when assigning the internship placements.
