Teaching Hotel Château Bethlehem offers a unique environment for conferences. We have five different meeting rooms for small groups as well as larger gatherings of up to 60 people.
All conference rooms are specially designed for the castle hotel. Each space is unique. Depending on the purpose of your meeting, we choose the most suitable room and setup in consultation with you. Whether you would like to hold a meeting with a small group or give a presentation to a large number of people.
One or more days?
You can book a shift but you can also spend several days with us. In addition to the meeting rooms, we also have 26 hotel rooms, a bar and a restaurant. Therefore we have all the amenities and facilities to guarantee you a relaxing and pleasant stay.
Special service
Teaching Hotel Chateau Bethlehem is part of the Hotel Management School Maastricht. The first-year students will take care of you and your meeting. Into detail. They are very hospitable, dedicated and enthusiastic as you can read in the reviews.

Le Cabinet
Le Cabinet is a pleasant meeting room. Its design contains elements from the history of the castle and the Hotel Management School Maastricht. The large conference table is centrally located in the room. Ideal for meetings, brainstorming or private dining.

Les 5 Sens is a quiet, compact space. Perfect for meetings with a small group. The room has a sturdy character and focuses on the five senses.

Franse Zaal
The ‘Franse zaal’ (French room) is the largest meeting room of our castle hotel in Maastricht. The hall owes its name to the classic high ceilings, large windows and light exposure. The view at the greenery and the ponds of the park is beautiful. The ‘Franse zaal’ is ideal for larger meetings, presentations, lectures, dinners or celebrations.

The ‘Ontvangstkamer’ (reception room) is a multifunctional space with stylish elements. The authenticity of the castle has been beautifully preserved in this space. The large windows look out over the park and provide a lot of daylight in the room.

Our conference packages
Would you like to book one of our meeting rooms? Then please put together a meeting package yourself. Our packages are called meeting bloques.
Meeting bloques offer the complete package for your meetings and include coffee, tea, water, biscuits and fruit. Our hotel school students will restock the buffet during your breaks.
All the required meeting supplies are included as well. Such as flipchart with markers, post-its, notepads and pens. You can also make free use of the standard facilities in the relevant room. Do you require extra AV equipment? We will happily give you a quote.

Consisting of various sandwiches, salad and soup of the day. Table water, coffee, tea and a drink of choice is included.
