Workplace Solutions empowers students to design work environments that seamlessly balance organizational goals with employee needs, all while prioritizing sustainability, well-being, and wellness. It explores innovative concepts like activity-based working and hybrid work models, addressing the unique opportunities and challenges presented by different office types. Students will also learn how to adapt and implement these modern workplace strategies effectively, ensuring spaces that inspire productivity, health, and satisfaction.

Workplace Management and trends

My Expertise is in the area of Workplace Management. I have conducted research on effective workplace concepts and how a work environment can meet specific requirements, as well as what is needed to achieve this. Additionally, I have experienced the relocation and implementation processes to a new office, which equipped me with the necessary tools and skills.

Trends in the industry that are important to consider at the moment are Technology, Workplace services (= the workplace as a hotel), Gen Z and balanced hybrid working.
